Fanatic Inflatable SUP Board Construction
DOUBLE LAYER LIGHT TECHNOLOGY 2016
EXTRA LIGHT CONSTRUCTION
Fanatic's 2016 range of premium boards are made using their new Double Layer Light Technology. A second PVC layer is directly welded to the core layers around the V-Drop Stitch material, with a third layer around the rails for added durability.
This Double Layer Light Technology saves around 20-25% of weight when compared to the standard double layer technology, and offers around 25-30% more stiffness in comparison to a standard construction.
STRINGER TECHNOLOGY 2016
Fanatic's 2016 range of stinger boards are made using their Stringer Technology. Utilizing the best drop-stitch material available on the market, Fanatic's Stringer Technology provides a perfect ratio of durability, weight and price.
DOUBLE LAYER TECHNOLOGY 2015
To put it simply the Fantic Inflatable SUP Fly Air Premium Edition/Double Layer Technology is the best technology available in the market. The 2nd layer material is highly durable and allows the inflatable paddle boards to be inflated to an air pressure of more than 20 PSI without compromising any materials. This creates a stiff, responsive, high-performance ride that does what you want.
Fly Air Race Edition/Double Layer Light Technology is used for the Fanatic Inflatable Race SUPs. At a thickness of less than half a millimeter, the ultra-thin second layer that is used in the deck, bottom and rail allows Fanatic to build a lightweight and stiff inflatable Raceboard.
STRINGER TECHNOLOGY 2015
Fanatic Inflatable SUP range makes use of the best drop-stitch material available on the market. The newly developed Stringer Technology provides a perfect ratio of durability, weight and price.
Fanatic use a durable Tarpaulin PVC for all of the inflatable SUPs in their Fly Air range. On the inside of the Fly Air thousands of nylon threads connect the deck with the bottom of the board to keep it in a functional and performing shape.
