SUP inflatables terms and conditions - SUPinflatables is a small business with a small team, its our aim to extend the passion for paddleboarding and have every one out on the water SUPer happy..
From time to time, life happens and something goes wrong, In this situation it is our aim to correct the mistake within record time. We do ask that customers realise that they are speaking to another human and not a robot who doesn't care.. We are not your local electricity company (as an example) who will pass you from pillar to post with a computer says NO attitude, so no need to work yourself up before the call thinking that you're not going to be heard! :).. We are very friendly folk who are very happy to make you happy but it is very upsetting once in a while when we get shouted at so please don't do that! :) Life is a lot easier to put right when everyone is nice!

Every now and again brands will place there products in to sale and we will pass this sale on! Its our aim to offer the most premium products on the market at the most affordable price we can... If the brand chooses to go into sale after you have already purchased, this can not be retrospectively adjusted.

Free Items
SUP inflatables offer free items with some packages, this can sometimes include a SUP inflatables phone case and/or SUPinflatables stash bag. As these items are placed in the package for no extra charge, these items are not warrantable item. If you feel your free item has not lasted as long as you would have wished, please get in touch and we will do our best to find an affordable solution.
Open packaging
As we often place other items in the paddleboard boxes, like the free phonecase, so the box will be resealed with different branded tape.
We also often spot check paddles, leashes and pumps to check nothing has been broken in transit to us, before it heads on to you, so don't worry if the paddle or pump bags look unsealed.
Terms on warranty returns
If a product is returned for warranty assessment the shipping is paid for by the consumer and if the product is deemed faulty, a repair or replacement will be sent back to the consumer with both the shipping fee for the product to be shipped back and the return shipping fee then paid for by the retailer.
Paddle Board Warranty In More Detail...
Within the UK a warranty is repair or replacement, if your paddle board comes back under warranty, we will make every effort to repair your paddle board. If the paddle board is deemed unrepairable we will offer a replacement. This warranty replacement will be a like for like replacement (the exact same product). If the model has changed in the warranty period (for example the old graphics have been changed and new graphics brought in) the board will be replaced with the next season's product. As the product is a warranty and as such has been warrantied from the factory (rather than the retailer) The retailer can not offer 'an upgrade' within your warranty.
Terms on clearance sale items (marked with clearance notice)
These items have been dropped to rock bottom prices, if a item from this section is returned to us we will only offer you a credit voucher valid for 3 months, the price of shipping the item out to you will be deducted from cost paid and subsequent voucher amount.
