NRS was Born among the rivers, lakes and oceans of the wild and beautiful northwestern United States, NRS has served paddlers in the U.S. and around the world with the finest equipment and apparel since 1972. NRS founder Bill Parks created the first purpose-built dry bag for paddling in 1974, the now-legendary Bill’s Bag. Other innovative products soon followed, and today we are the world’s leading manufacturer of professional-grade paddlesports gear. In 2012, opened a distribution center in the Netherlands to better serve our European customers.
