The foldable fin box allows for the paddle board to be folded and rolled up more quickly, the universal fitting also means that ANY (US) universal fin will be able to be used in it, meaning the paddle boarder will have an easy-to-purchase choice of fins, anything from river fins, to weed fins, surf fins and touring fins, allowing the rider to up the performance of the paddle board.
A universal fin box also means the paddle boarder can also really easily replace, purchase or borrow US fins in an emergency if they accidentally lose it.
